A brain games app that nobody could get past the onboarding screen. Revamped the entire flow, rebuilt the information architecture, and added gamification features — leaderboards, rewards, the works. Onboarding went from 2.5 minutes to 30 seconds. DAU went up 61%. Turns out people play more when you actually let them in.
