With 5+ years and a CS degree from SMIU, I've spent my career turning "how does this work?" into "oh, that makes sense." Mobile, web, tablet, TV — yes, TV too. I design flows, systems, and interfaces that users don't have to think about. Measurably so — 80% faster onboarding here, 35% more conversions there. Currently at Contour Software, probably redesigning something that didn't need redesigning. Hopefully.
