Fusion Play started as a module inside a larger enterprise system. The brief was simple — improve it. The reality was messier. Redesigned lead management and payment flows, then helped transition the product into a standalone platform by decoupling it from the core system entirely. The kind of project where every decision had three stakeholders, two opinions, and one deadline.
